Our client is a major developer of unit blocks and large subdivisions of house and land packages in Australia and abroad. We are now in search for a Senior Sales & Marketing Manager with experience in residential master plan communities and subdivisions.

This position is responsible for the leadership of the Sales and Marketing department, developing and implementing both short-term and long-term strategies to ensure the sustained growth of Sales and Marketshare of the organisation's products.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the role is responsible for:

• Develop and implement both short term and long-term sales strategies and plans that are aligned with overall business growth objectives;
• Develop and implement Sales and Marketing policies and procedures that effectively manages both internal and external resources;
• Develop and maintain effective sales channels, including but not limited to collaboration with builders;
• Lead the sales and marketing team, including the day-to-day management of the team’s performance

Key requirements

• Tertiary Qualifications in Sales and Marketing or similar.
• 8 + years of experience in Real Estate project sales in both land subdivision and residential.
• Ability to develop and manage sound sales strategies and plans.
• Sound experience in people management, leadership, mentoring and reporting.
