Senior Software Engineer

Description:

We are looking for a Senior Hogan Software Engineer to join a high-performing Hogan Customer (CIS) team in the mainframe Core Banking team. In this role, you will be a member of a specialised mainframe engineering team that supports the Hogan Banking Platform on a six-month contract with a potential extension.

The Role

• Act in the role of subject expert (CIS), guide the technical design and development of CIS highly complex, cross-functional, multi-platform, application systems.
• Support lights on the mainframe application environment and Hogan CIS initiatives.
• Design the component of a solution covering a technical or application domain as a member of a team of engineers for a project involving multiple domains.
• Provide input to or develop business systems solutions, estimates and specifications.
• Assist with investigations into potential solutions, liaise with relevant technical experts and contribute to solution design and costing.
• Provide timely and effective advice on progress and ability to meet service and solution deliverables within agreed expectations.
