Senior Software Engineer

Description:

We are currently recruiting Software Engineer to join our business and to support our customer in an R&D environment. This role is based in Adelaide, SA.

As a Software Engineer, Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Building high-quality software that complies with coding standards and technical design.
• Regular liaison with clients and external stakeholders to clarify requirements and define system functionality.
• Writing code in various languages (i.e. java, python, C++).
• Designing and documenting of software solutions to Defence.
• Taking ownership of your work throughout entire software development lifecycle.
• Identifying and resolving of software defects and performance issues.
   

To be successful in the role of a Software Engineer, you will need to bring with you:

• Demonstrated knowledge in some or all of the following languages (i.e. java, python, C++, springboot, node, angular, react, linux, and javascript).
• Experience throughout the whole software development lifecycle, from preliminary system analysis to tests and deployment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
• Confidence and self-motivation.
