Senior Software Engineer

V2 Digital is hiring a Senior Consultant (Software Engineer) to join our team. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for designing and developing software solutions that power intelligent platforms and reinvent digital experiences. What your day will look like:
 

• Design and develop software using technologies such as Cloud Native, Node.js & TypeScript
• Develop moderately complex software solutions based on business requirements
• Collaborate with product management and engineers to gather and prioritize product & customer requirements
• Complete code reviews with other engineers and provide feedback on code design and implementation
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop software that meets business needs
• Collaborate with architects to help set the direction for the future of the platform
• Participate in Agile software development process with an emphasis on quality and testing
   

What's required of you:
 

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong experience with a variety of programming languages (Preference: Node.js, TypeScript)
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs
• Experience with modern web frameworks and libraries (Preference: React)
