Description:

• Expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud: Experience in setting up and configuring Data Cloud to ingest Salesforce data for reporting purposes.
• Proficiency in Tableau Next within Salesforce: Hands-on experience in building dashboards using Tableau Next, not just Tableau Cloud.
• CRMA to Tableau migration: Ability to analyze and rebuild existing CRMA dashboards with enhancements.
• Best practices in dashboard design: Knowledge of performance optimization, scalability, and maintainability.
• Agentforce/AI integration (preferred): Understanding how Data Cloud can be leveraged with Agentforce/AI use cases.
• Salesforce ecosystem knowledge: Strong understanding of the Salesforce environment and data flows.
• The expected contributions for this role include:
• Transitioning six CRMA dashboards into Tableau Next.
• Configuring Salesforce Data Cloud for the required data ingestion.
• Ensuring dashboards follow best practices and are scalable.
• Acting as an expert/accelerator, guiding, and upskilling the internal team during the process
