This role reports directly into the CIO and will see the successful candidate manage a development team of 7. So, it's essential that you have experience managing development teams and are able to lead from the front.

• Desirable but NOT mandatory experience with Progress Software (OpenEdge)
• Knowledge of best practice DevOps approach
• Experience in managing development teams
• Knowledge of MFG/PRO and Manhattan WMS
• Knowledge of Enterprise DB, Progress, SQL
• Experience with development, build and deploy methodologies
• Manage MFG/PRO development team
• Allocate tasks, set objectives & priorities, ensure activity completion, work with users on specific issues, develop in Progress (MFG/PRO) and interact with key business users on specific requirements
• Triage issues/activities that arise and direct appropriately for action
• Liaise with IT team to ensure alignment with process, practice and methodologies
• Provide coaching, mentoring and direct support to internal and external teams
