You will be working closely with an innovative and values-driven team reporting into the Development Manager.
 

• Support and guide the technical direction and development of the squad
• Hands on role to lead and assist the other developers in relation to uplifting standards, practices, and continuous improvement within the development environment.
• Build and promote a highly performing, engaged and energetic team environment that encourages continuous improvement.
