We're looking for a talented Software Engineer with a solid Agile mindset and technical skills with a passion for learning and sharing knowledge to join our Engineering team and play a critical role in Longtail UX's (LUX) growth. This role is your chance to be an energetic team player in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting directly to the Head of Engineering and working closely with the broader Product team, you'll support or lead the architecture, delivery and development of high-quality software with an agile mindset.

As a member of an Agile development team, you are responsible for a broad range of tasks, including but not limited to:

• Architecture, development and delivery of high-quality software for the Longtail UX systems that meet reliability, performance, security and data privacy expectations.
• Provide technical solutions in collaboration with the team iteratively and incrementally using agile practices.
• Attend discovery sessions with the product team to understand user needs & pain points.
• Participate in workshops with stakeholders and the product team to define solutions together.
• Constantly challenging how we work to identify areas for improvement.
• Pitch in to achieve the team’s objectives.
