Responsibilities

Here's how a Solar Procurement Student for our North Sydney office, starting late November/ early December 2025 contributes to our team:
 

• Assisting with the preparation of RFQs to vendors & subtrades and following up on responses.
• Supporting communication with suppliers regarding delivery schedules
• Maintaining and organizing procurement documentation (purchase orders, invoices, etc.)
• Assisting in compiling and comparing supplier quotes to support decision making
• Conduction subtrade and vendor market research
• Collecting and analysing subcontract performance reviews from project teams
• Conducting contract variation analysis and gross loss tracking
• Communicating with bidders and conducting tender recap analysis
• Developing a scope of work template.
• Noting progress meeting minutes and reporting
   

Qualifications
 

• Candidates must have a strong desire to work in a construction environment and prior procurement experience will be considered an asset.
• Application of various computer software programs will be required, including word processing, spreadsheet applications and drafting.
• You must have Australian Working Rights that allow you to work full time equivalent hours to be considered for this role
