Solutions Architect

Description:

As the Solutions Architect, you will actively support business development and lead presales activities. Lead project streams & multiple module implementations including all project management related activities. You will play a key role in the project team and be seen as a Key Domain Expert in the Professional Services Team.

DUTIES
 

• Support business development
• Lead presales activities
• Facilitate workshops & requirement gathering sessions
• Lead project streams & module implementation
• Test, fix and raise SAP support tickets
• Perform functional demonstrations
• Quality Assurance of solution design
• Coach & mentor members of the team
   

Skills & Experience

For this role you will have extensive direct hands-on experience in multiple full technology implementation lifecycles, complex data & reporting experience. You will be seen as a trusted advisor to C-level executives due to thought leadership & lead the creation of a deployment strategy within a region or vertical. Contribute to the company's approach, methodologies & ambitions. Ensure process compliance & Guiding Principles are fully applied. Emphasis on SuccessFactors experience. Manage & oversee the recruitment, remuneration, development & retention of 7 team members in alignment with commercial strategy & objectives.
