Description:
CrowdStrike is seeking an experienced Specialist Sales Manager, Falcon Complete & Falcon Identity Protection, who will be responsible for driving the acquisition of new business across ANZ.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the subject matter expert on Falcon Complete & Falcon Identity Protection
- Translate complex security concepts into business value propositions
- Partner with Account Executives to develop and execute account strategies
- Identify and qualify new opportunities within target accounts
- Support complex sales cycles from technical discovery through close
- Articulate CrowdStrike's differentiators against competitive solutions
- Develop strategies to displace competitor products
- Counter competitive objections with evidence-based responses
- Conduct technical discovery sessions with prospects and customers
- Build relationships with technical decision-makers and security teams
- Deliver tailored presentations addressing specific customer challenges
- Drive enablement and influence with the field sales team - improve scale and success rates from qualification to close.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics
- Accurately forecast opportunities and manage sales pipeline
- Collaborate on pricing and proposal development
What You’ll Need
- Experience selling MDR (Managed Detection and Response) solutions essential
- Demonstrated understanding of the competitive MDR landscape and value differentiation
- Experience selling Identity Security Solutions highly advantageous
- Familiarity with identity threat detection and response capabilities is a plus
- Experience with security solution competitive displacement strategies
- Knowledge of enterprise security operations challenges and how managed services address them
- Experience in technical sales specialist roles, where you've served as a subject matter expert supporting broader sales teams
- Strong presentation skills and ability to skillfully interact with technical stakeholders as well as executive decision makers.
- Success in owning and running the entire sales cycle from lead generation to close with a disciplined approach / methodology
- History and reputable track record of exceeding goals and sales quotas – high achiever
- Strength in evangelising technology and new account acquisition (hunting) – ability to discover and uncover new opportunities with prospects and existing business customers
- Highly motivated and professional, with excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
