Speech Pathologist

The ORS Speech Pathology team is expanding and we are seeking our next clinician to join us! You will join a national team of 50+ Speech Pathologists in our NDIS division providing clinical services to participants aged 0-8.

You will work with an amazing group of clients with varying complexity, communication and swallowing needs, over a period of months or even years. You will play an integral part in your client’s personal growth and development, working together to meet their goals. You will form a close bond with your clients and celebrate their achievements together, every step of the way.

The type of assessments and interventions you will provide will include:
 

• Communication Assessments
• Swallowing and Paediatric Feeding (Dysphagia) Assessments
• Mealtime Management Plan development and reviews
• Augmentative and Alternative Communication Assessments
• Ongoing therapy
