Your new company
One of Australia’s leading banking organisations, they are a multinational financial institution offering a range of products and service to customers. Due to an upgrade in their system they are looking to deliver a major digital transformation project.

Your new role
Reporting to the Change Manager, the purpose of this role is to develop a Go To Market Strategy for a national IT upgrade impacting 1 million customers.

• Scope, develop and deliver an end-to-end marketing strategy to communicate with the organisation’s customer base utilising a range of channels both online and traditional
• Engage with the marketing and change communications team to develop a tactical delivery program, including developing a customer communications strategy
• Work with a variety of stakeholders at all levels across the business including strong relationships with the brand, content, media, digital marketing, performance and insights teams
• This role has a real focus on being able to bring people together that are working on this project and influence the outcome and commercial decisions

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrated experience building out strategic marketing plans at a senior level
• Financial services or highly regulated and complex business experience
• Skills in developing marketing strategies above the line and customer led channels e.g., mobile app and email
• Strong stakeholder communication skills, ideally within a project’s environment
• Experience leveraging platforms, understanding complexity of change and transformation projects
• Able to work under pressure to tight deadlines
