Support Consultant Intern

Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Support Consultant Intern to join our team at Cura Risk management. This internship is a great opportunity for individuals interested in developing hands-on experience in client support, software troubleshooting, and solution delivery within the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) software space.

You will work closely with the support and services team to provide front-line assistance to clients, troubleshoot technical issues, document solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in responding to client queries and support tickets via email, phone, or service desk platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic software and configuration issues under supervision.
• Document solutions, user issues, and technical procedures clearly and accurately.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.
• Assist with software testing, updates, and configuration support.
• Work collaboratively with the support and professional services teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Learn about Cura’s GRC software products and services through training and hands-on experience.
• Contribute to improving internal knowledge bases and support documentation.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related field.
• Strong interest in software support, client service, and business technology.
• Basic understanding of software systems, databases, or GRC concepts is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Problem-solving mindset with good attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
