Role Responsibilities (Full Spec. avail)
- Maintaining and improving the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for all candidates.
- Designing and implementing streamlined processes for recruiting, including managing applicant tracking systems (ATS), coordinating interviews, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in candidate databases, tracking progress through the hiring funnel, and generating reports on key metrics.
- Working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on recruitment goals and strategies.
Successful Candidates Attributes:
- Understanding/Hands on Experience recruiting for Quant Technology/Trading firms and/or teams highly desired
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and maintain accurate records.
- Clear and professional communication with candidates, recruiters, and internal teams.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies.
- Ability to identify, resolve, and improve issues related to recruitment processes.
