Talent Acquisition Advisor

Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Talent Acquisition Advisor to join a Council based in Melbourne's south-east.

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will play a crucial role in partnering with business leaders and stakeholders to coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process for our organization.

This is a 3-month contract position with the possibility of extension.

Key Requirements
 

• Demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment processes and methodologies.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to partner effectively with stakeholders.
• Proactive approach to gathering insights and identifying recruitment needs.
• Ability to optimise recruitment practices and implement process improvements.
• Excellent customer service skills to provide exceptional support to hiring managers and candidates.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems, preferably PageUp.
• Strong understanding of recruitment and selection tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge of pre-employment checks and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
