• Approval to teach infants and primary and approval to teach primary library or currently undertaking or currently enrolled in Teacher Librarian qualifications approved by the NSW Department of Education, with experience in using the Oliver Library Management System.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with colleagues to deliver explicit, innovative teaching and learning experiences that promote critical and creative thinking, digital literacy and a love of literature.
• Demonstrated innovation in managing and implementing a stimulating library learning environment, encompassing the multi-storey open plan space and digital resources of the library.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills and the capacity to contribute enthusiastically to a positive school culture and extra-curricular programs.
