As the Team Lead - Consulting & Implementation, APAC, you will be pivotal in building and managing a high-performing technical delivery team in the APAC region. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring seamless, high-quality implementations for our enterprise clients, setting the standard for future engagements and contributing directly to the region's strategic objectives. Through strong communication and collaboration, you will empower your team to provide an exceptional customer experience, ultimately driving client success and supporting Deliverect's continued growth in a dynamic market.

 

What You Will Bring:
 

• 4-5 years of proven experience in Technical Account Management and/or previous leadership capabilities.
• Relevant professional experience at a B2B/SaaS software company is desirable.
• A background in or strong understanding of the hospitality, food tech, or POS systems landscape is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on providing a truly service-oriented approach.
• A strong sense of ownership and the ability to contribute as a leader to achieve strategic objectives.
• Proficiency in project and stakeholder management, including managing multiple projects in parallel.
• Excellent time-management and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Google Suite, CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk), or similar tools.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and token authentication.
