Team Leader Business Development

Description:

• As Team Leader Business Development & Memberships, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our strategic intent - to enrich the community by providing access to health, fitness and recreation programs and services that promote lifelong active living.
• The key focus of this position is to lead system and process change within Councils Leisure Services and implement continuous improvement strategies.
• Thinking strategically and outside the box, seeking innovative ways to problem-solve, recognise opportunities and implement new initiatives.
• Utilising your exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to champion change - supporting our employees, managers, customers and the community to evolve.

Things You’ll Do:

• Implement best practice processes with regard to monitoring, analysing and reporting on both sales and visitation data, providing recommendations to management for improved organisational performance.
• Act as a process leader to the business, challenging the status quo to ensure the achievement of significant business outcomes and implementation.
• Champion and drive the Leisure Services use and transformation of digital marketing and promotions across multiple media channels.
• Provide leadership and coaching to the Business Improvement Team, creating an environment of trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort.
• Utilise your strong emotional intelligence and a proven ability to collaborate and foster effective strategic relationships with people at all levels.
