As a Team Leader Protective Security & Access Management, you will lead the development and implementation of the electrical safety and authorisation framework within a high voltage electrical, operational environment. You will be a part of a team that excels in addressing security access requirements and crafting policies, standards, guidelines and procedures.

Specifically, you will:

• Oversee and uphold the framework for authorisations within Powerlink, ensuring a consistent approach statewide.
• Develop and coordinate security access requirements, policies, standards and guidelines.
• Build and sustain relationships with internal and external stakeholders including our Technical Training Team, Operational Engineering and Field Teams.
• Prepare and conduct training for field-based personnel to enhance their understanding of the latest in station entre/access, reporting and authorisations.
