No day will ever be the same as work is conducted on site at customer locations, with most of it being urgent breakdowns, on a huge range of plant and machines. Ranging from trucks, trailers, excavators, and loaders, to ride on mowers, bobcats, boats, and forklifts.

Anything with a hose, Hydraulink North Metro is there to help.

Come and join our family operated team as a Mobile Hose Fitter and experience the feeling of pride as you get your customers machine up and running again with minimal downtime.

This role offers:

• Above award hourly rate plus commission to award extra effort
• Full time position 38hrs per week Mon-Fri, with overtime as required
• Full product/ job training and support will be provided
• Friendly team environment and flexible work arrangements
• Fully stocked service truck
• Phone provided

To succeed in this role, you need to have

• Previous hydraulic hose experience or;
• Ideally a qualification in an appropriate and relevant discipline such as automotive mechanics or mechanical fitter, or;
• Experience in a similar technical role with the willingness to learn fast
• a passion for helping people and businesses in their time of need
• Exceptional sound mechanical aptitude
• Be able to work autonomously and unsupervised
• Good problem-solving ability
• Outstanding level of high-quality customer service
• Excellent work ethic and pride in workmanship
• Excellent numeracy, verbal, and written skills
• Full current manual drivers’ licence with MR truck licence or ability to acquire
• Computer literacy skills
• MUST live in the northern suburbs of Perth
