RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide timely and efficient general IT support to staff, addressing inquiries and issues with a customer-centric approach.
- Undertake systems administration tasks, including user account maintenance and configuration changes in systems such as Active Directory.
- Technology support - providing technical desktop support, troubleshooting issues, running test processes.
- User access and account administration - managing user accounts, access, and profiles in our various business systems.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Very Good Communication Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
Understanding of Change Management Principles:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
