Description:

We’re on the hunt for a highly skilled short-form content creator to lead video creation for our flagship series, Safety Talk — a street-interview-style safety series made for TikTok and Instagram Reels. You’ll be producing 30 engaging videos per month from raw footage filmed on-site and in the field. The tone is direct, real, sometimes cheeky — and always for the people.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Editing and producing 30 vertical videos/month (30–90 seconds each)
• Crafting scroll-stopping openers (the first 3 seconds must hook)
• Adding subtitles, captions, overlays, transitions, and sound effects to enhance storytelling
• Punching up audio and lighting where possible
• Working from live interview footage (English with occasional translation or bilingual overlays)
• Matching the Western audience vibe — think Aussie tradies, US job sites, and UK work crews

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven experience creating TikToks and Reels for Western audiences (show us your best work)
• Expert at CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar mobile-first editing tools
• Strong understanding of content pacing, trends, and attention span psychology
• Experience with subtitles and quick-cut interview editing
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines (30 videos/month)
