Trades Assistant

Description:

Duties

• Basic administrative tasks
• Order spare parts
• Use basic hand and power tools and operate basic workshop and lifting equipment
• Lubricate mechanical equipment and components
• Inspect work for conformity to standards and apply quality control techniques
• Basic measurement and inspection
   

Skills And Experience

• Certificate II Engineering (Mechanical) or minimum 2 years industry experience
• Current driver’s licence
• High Risk Forklift and Bridge & Gantry Licence highly desirable
• Technically minded and computer savvy
• Hand tool experience preferred
• Great attitude towards learning with a mechanical interest
