The Role:
Operating out of a stunning, modern office in the Surry Hills area, this is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Property Management Trainee to join a sleek and dynamic team. This is an opportunity to be trained in everything you need to know to ensure your Property Management career is a success!

• Working alongside a highly skilled Property Management team
• Effectively liaise with tenants
• Complete the leasing process
• Conduct incoming, outgoing and routine inspections
• Complete repairs & maintenance management
• Administration duties

The Candidate:

• A keen interest in Real Estate
• A Car and Drivers License
• Immaculately presented and well groomed
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Possess a strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Certificate of Registration preferred but not necessary
• Motivated, friendly & Bubbly
