Description:
As a Training Consultant, you will be responsible for designing and delivering online and face-to-face software training for small to medium sized groups of users at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Develop learning programs and content based on the global Ideagen Training Methodology using appropriate design, content and technologies.
- Create scalable and bespoke training materials.
- Deliver online training sessions to small groups of users or assist in the delivery of larger training sessions.
- Create and regularly update courses and all associated training collateral.
- Create and maintain e-Learning materials.
- Collate course feedback and provide suggestions for improvements.
- Work with the Learning and Development teams to deliver continuous improvement and peer to peer coaching.
Skills And Experience
- 2-4 years' experience with face-to-face training and online training.
- Experience in developing training materials in a professional style.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong facilitation skills; ability to manage a medium training group Excellent interpersonal skills; positive attitude; team player; flexible.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail and keen sense of ownership and accountability for work functionally and technically.
- Motivated to work closely with other team members of varying levels of seniority and experience within a cross functional team.
