Transformation Manager

The Role

Reporting to the CFO, this person will play a crucial role in a number of aspects including but limited to:
 

• Support project management for the Core ERP system in 2025.
• Create dashboards and reports in PowerBI to help non-finance staff understand complex financial data through visualisations.
• Work with the FP&A team and other finance units to determine key reporting needs.
• Gather and analyse financial and non-financial data from different systems while ensuring data accuracy and security.
• Help develop a finance data management framework with support from IT, Sustainability, and Risk teams.
• Revise accounting documents and processes for intercompany costs, management fees, revenue, CAPEX, and retail accounting.
• Assist in designing the Chart of Accounts and configuring systems.
• Help maintain a knowledge base for business systems, including reports and process documentation.
• Support PMO tasks for transformation projects.
• Assist in developing and managing project plans, collaborating with stakeholders.
• Help create detailed FP&A test cases to improve the user acceptance testing (UAT) process.
• Prepare for data migration by reviewing and cleaning data as needed.
   

The Candidate

The successful candidate will ideally have a significant number of years experience as a senior finance professional with a proven track record leading an ERP implementation. Power BI and FP&A Reporting experience is critical. You have proven leadership experience and the desire to succeed and willingness to partner with a strong team of internal and external stakeholders to support the growth agenda of the company. This role will demand a strong process improvement mindset as well as a hands on approach.
