Reporting to the Client Accounting Services Supervisor your role will encompass:

• Manage Trust and Controlled Money receipting and payments
• Trust and controlled money reconciliations
• Opening new bank accounts
• Ensuring data compliance of trust regulations and advising on any compliance shortcomings
• Working closely with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure all daily, weekly, monthly and year end requirements are met
• Managing client monies requests and documenting client requirements
• Monthly and adhoc reporting as required
• Assisting teams across Accounts Payable, general expenses, billing, reporting and matter maintenance
• Training and upskilling will be provided to the successful candidate
