Warehouse Operator

Description:

General duties including maintenance of warehouse.
Assist the efficient operation of the branch by receiving and dispatching stock,
maintaining communications with customers as required. This is daytime only Mon-Fri perm job.

Main duties include:

• General Duties including maintaining warehouse operations.
• Receiving and dispatching stock by forklift, inventory control and other products and other relevant duties.
• Maintaining safety and security of the building and contents, including locking of doors and fates as required and arming of alarm system.
• Preparation of pricing/quotes and sundry stock items for current customers, as identified and delegated by the Central Areas Manager.
• Cutting back and refurbishing rock drill bits to the company standards.
• Compliance with safety standards set out by the company and in accordance with established Integrated Management System.
• You will be trained in all aspects of the operation in line with the company policies and procedures.

Skills Required:

• Current Australian Driving license and Forklift certificate
• Some working experience
